The Cavaliers Men’s Soccer team had a surprise guest invited to practice last night. Montreal Impact defender Jeb Brovsky spoke to the student-athletes about his journey from childhood to College Soccer at Notre Dame and being drafted in the MLS, along with his personal life and Humanitarian work with Peace Pandemic.
The student-athletes listened to Jeb’s insightful take on his road to success, as well as the importance of staying in school and concentrating on their academics while having a realistic outlook on their future after soccer. The Cavaliers captain’s presented Brovsky with a Cavaliers jersey and had him sign their Hard-Hat Award which will now be named the Brovsky Award. The Borvsky Award is presented to the most hard-working player after each game.
Champlain Cavaliers Men’s Soccer team would like to thank Jeb Brovsky for taking time from his busy schedule to offer some inspirational words to the team, and we wish him and the Impact the best of luck as they head into the MLS play-off season.
