Human Resources Management
“I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day you bet on people, not on strategies.”
Larry Bossidy, former Chairman of Honeywell and Vice Chairman of General Electric
Recruiting - Assessing - Retaining - Training – Transforming
All of these things make the difference in helping a company succeed and a successful company can mean rewarding jobs for good people. We believe that effective Human Resource Management is an essential element to the success of any growing organization and that if we can attract talented, passionate people like you to this program we can make a difference.
- Has someone you know been fired and you wonder how that happened?
- If you were the one responsible for hiring, and it came down to three excellent candidates, who would you select?
- What benefits are workers entitled to and does everyone get a paid vacation?
- Why do some people get a bonus and others don’t?
- Why am I getting paid less per hour than my friend for the same job?
That’s the kind of questions and issues this program deals with but more importantly, it is about putting you on the path to a career that will be fulfilling, challenging and, yes, sometimes frustrating but always one that can make a difference. We invite you to examine the program and contact us so we can explore if this program is right for you.
