Champlain College Saint-Lambert can offer you both two-year pre-university and three-year career programs. If you have any questions about programs or Admissions, please contact the Admissions Office. Someone will respond to you shortly.

Pre-University Programs - (2 years)

Universities offering degrees in programs including arts, commerce, communications, computer science, dentistry, education, engineering, law, marine biology, medicine, physics, and psychology require specific courses and a successfully completed DEC from an accredited CÉGEP for admission to their programs. Students intending to attend university are advised by the College to pursue pre-university studies at Champlain College Saint-Lambert and to consult with an Academic Advisor to ensure that they are completing the necessary studies to ensure entrance in the university and program of their choice.

International Baccalaureate Program  (Program PDF) o Visit their Site!

The IB Diploma Program is designed for students who are interested in a well-rounded, enriched and challenging college education. It provides students with a broad and comprehensive education in Languages and Literature, Mathematics, Experimental Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities. The IB program is an excellent preparation for students intending to pursue university studies in Law, International Relations, Literature, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Medicine, Social Sciences and Commerce either at home or abroad.

Science Program  (Program PDF)

The Science program provides students with a balanced education which integrates the basic components of a rigorous scientific and general education in preparation for university studies related to the areas of health or pure and applied science.

Explorations Science  (Program PDF)

Explorations Science is designed for students who want to pursue a science-related program but are missing the required high school pre-requisite courses.

Social Science - General Option  (Program PDF)

The Social Science Choice Option allows students the greatest amount of flexibility or choice when selecting the social science courses. It allows students to exlpore the Social Sciences before making a commitment to a particular area of study.

Social Science - Commerce Option  (Program PDF)

The Commerce option is designed to provide students with the required Mathematics courses (Calculus I, Calculus II and Linear Algebra) as well as a strong social science background which is required to pursue university studies in Commerce and Business Administration. 

Social Science - Criminology Option  (Program PDF)

The Criminology option is ideal for students wanting to explore studies in anthropology, criminology, psychology, or sociology.

Social Science - Education Option  (Program PDF)

The Education Option is designed for anyone who is considering a future in teaching or in other fields related to education. It is excellent preparation for any Arts program at the university level.

Social Science - Psychology Option  (Program PDF)

The Psychology Option was put together with many goals in mind, the first being to prepare students for future studies in Psychology at the university level.

Social Science - World Studies Option - (Program PDF)

The World Studies Option is designed to prepare students for university studies with an international focus, building a solid foundation in world geography, history, international economics and international politics.

Creative Arts, Literature & Languages - Creative Arts Option  (Program PDF) o Visit their Site!

The Creative Arts option provides an introduction to art, culture and many forms of media emphasizing a hands-on approach to learning and creating aimed at developing creative, technically skilled and visually literate students. Our courses are designed to give students experience in writing, producing and critiquing their own work.

Creative Arts, Literature & Languages - Modern Languages Option  (Program PDF)

The Modern Languages option is designed to give students a thorough study of French, Spanish and Italian. Students are introduced to the culture and civilization of the languages that they study as they master grammar, critical reading and writing. Modern Languages emphasizes critical awareness of cultural variations and issues in world civilizations and global regions.

Liberal Arts  (Program PDF)

The Liberal Arts program offers students the opportunity to learn about major aspects of Western Civilization in an integrated manner. The program avoids over-specialization and is designed to prepare academically-oriented students for almost all university programs. It is excellent preparation for university studies in law, communications, journalism, social studies, education and other liberal arts subjects.

Career Programs - (3 years)

Career programs require that the student learn concepts, theory and design in addition to practical training. The programs are three years in length and require students to successfully complete courses not only within their specialty but also courses in general education such as English, French, mathematics, humanities and physical education. In doing so, students are given a well-rounded education that equips them with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. Champlain College Saint-Lambert offers the following 3-Year Career programs:

Advertising Management - Business Management Program  (Program PDF) o Visit their Site!

In this three-year diploma option, students will develop the basic skills required for planning, creating and implementing advertising and marketing communications activities. The Advertising Management option is designed to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of the technical, creative, and business aspects of the advertising industry.

Sport Marketing & Management - Business Management Program  (Program PDF) o Visit their Site!

The three-year Sport Marketing & Management program is designed to prepare well-educated, competent, ethical and purposeful graduates to enter the field of Sport Marketing and/or Management as junior marketers, administrators and managers. The Sport Marketing & Management program prepares students to effectively manage and market in a wide range of sport-related enterprises including collegiate athletics, amateur and professional sports, sport-marketing firms, special-event management, and facility management.

Graphic Communications - Office Systems Technology Program   (Program PDF) o Visit their Site!

The Graphic Communications program prepares students to work in the dynamic and rapidly growing communications design industry. Student will benefit from a hands-on education that includes a professional internship. The program is designed to provide students with the skills to design, produce and manage all aspects of communications including printed, multimedia and Web documents.

Tourism Management - Tourism Program  (Program PDF) o Visit their Site!

Tourism Management prepares students for career opportunities in the fast growing fields of Tourism and Hospitality. Students will benefit from access to the most recent industry technology, including Apollo and Sabre reservation systems as well as participation in a workstudy session in the last semester. This program prepares students for careers in the following areas: Tourism associations; events, meetings and conventions; federal and provincial ministries of tourism; public relations; airlines, cruiselines, hotels and resorts; tour operators, wholesalers and corporate and leisure travel companies.

Programming for Web, Multimedia & Business - Computer Science Program  (Program PDF) o Visit their Site!

Programming for Web, Multimedia and Business offers theoretical and practical work in computing subjects and teaches students how to conceive, create and manage the computerized systems that drive the information technology industry. This option is designed for students entering the job market after graduation. Students, however, may choose to continue their education at the university level.
